Today was the first day without rain. We started out the day with a service project at the National Park Service headquarters in Glen Jean. The boys restriped the parking lot, repainted crosswalks, and cleaned up the grounds around the visitors center.

After lunch some of the boys went white water rafting in the New River Gorge and some went kayaking in Bravo Lake. The boys summed up the rafting in one word…awesome! After an afternoon of rafting and dinner many of the boys went back to action point to BMX, mountain bike and skateboard. There was also a presentation from the National park service this evening.

Rain is back in the forecast tomorrow and we are hoping that it does not impact any of our activities. Tomorrow is bows and barrels (archery and rifles). Below is a short video from our rafting trip and some pictures from today…
